Introduction
MET Manthan is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in management, business, innovation, entrepreneurship, economics, finance, human resources, marketing, operations, information systems, sustainability, and related disciplines.
The journal welcomes original contributions from academicians, researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, consultants, and postgraduate students. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic excellence, originality, and relevance.
